Imagine a graduate of a vocational school who is just starting his first job. The stress of a new place, new people, a new stage of life...

He arrives at his workplace... and feels like he's landed on an alien planet. Textbook patterns clash with reality, and modern machines seem to operate according to different rules than those described in the scripts.

This is not an isolated case – it is a reality for many graduates and a daily challenge for employers.

The "Immersive Future: Rail" project is a response to these challenges.
